詹執行長為執業律師，且為數位整備、創新創業、匯流融合等領域之策略專家，曾任國家通訊傳播委員會主任委員，現擔任財團法人人工智慧科技基金會董事長、數位經濟暨產業發展協會副理事長、網際網路名稱與號碼指配組織（Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, ICANN）位址支援組織暨位址委員會（Address Supporting Organization/Address Council，ASO/AC）副主席等國內外產官學研組織重要職務。
陳副主任為本中心專任研究人員，以科學、技術、創新（STI）為核心，進行跨領域研究，且開設永續科學相關課程，並兼任臺日交流推動辦公室副主任。同時，擔任國家永續發展獎評選委員，以及行政院國家永續發展委員會會第18、19、20 屆委員、開放政府國家行動方案推動小組第2屆委員。

David Chen has over 30 years of experience in the capital markets, focusing on National Securities/Futures Exchanges, Regional Brokers site, and Industry VC/CVC. From 2011 to 2024, he worked at Nasdaq, where he oversaw the Market Tech Business in Nasdaq Fintech, supporting index business, data business, and IPO businesses in this region. From 2020 onward, he focuses on Green Finance, AI (AIDC), Carbon Marketplace, and Semiconductor Industry Development in Asia to help enterprises go to the capital market.David would like to be the global capital connection between Taiwan and global networking, including London, Nordic, US, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Japan, Korea, and China.

Kalley assisted clients engaging cross border merger acquisition, technology licensing, acquisition of IP, corporate reorganization, advisory service for Semiconductors, life science, entertainment and animation production. In addition, Kalley’s professional service included formation of PE fund, venture capital financing, employee stock option plan, merger acquisition and privatization. Dr Anton Lin is an accomplished semiconductor industry leader with extensive expertise in CMOS Image Sensors (CIS), analog design, and microelectronics. With a strong academic foundation and over three decades of experience spanning research, corporate leadership, and entrepreneurial ventures, Dr. Lin has played a key role in advancing imaging technology across global markets. His career has included senior roles at top-tier technology firms such as TSMC, Foxconn, and Himax Imaging, where he contributed to the development of high-performance sensor solutions .
Dr Anton Lin graduated from National Taiwan University meanwhile received Bachelor of Science degree in Physics, and later received Doctor of Engineering degree from Duisburg University in Germany.
