On behalf of Yang Ming Jiaotong University, Special Advisor Chih-Wei Chang and Prof. Seiji Kankawa visited Vice President Takafumi Aoki of Northeastern University, EVP Tsuyoshi Enoyama of Northeastern University, and Prof. Ayumi Tabata of Northeastern University's Center for Co-creation Strategies; the teams exchanged ideas and discussed the development of the co-creative ecosystem and the Taiwan-Japan Mutual Fund, with the University Consortium at its core.
